YIELD: Makes 2 servings
3 T – olive oil
1 tsp. – sea salt
1/2 tsp. – red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. – Spanish smoked paprika
1 lb. – cauliflower florets, cut into bite size pieces
2 T – water
3 T – honey
1/2 – orange, juiced
Salt and pepper
Heat a 12 inch sauté pan with olive oil and add sea salt, red pepper flakes and Spanish paprika.
Lay cauliflower in 1 layer on the bottom of the pan. Cook over medium high heat to char cauliflower, approximately 3 minutes. Flip each piece and repeat for 3 minutes.
Add water honey and orange juice and stir to coat. Cover for 1 minute.
Remove cover and finish cooking over high heat to reduce liquid for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
