YIELD: Makes 20 servings
1 package (17-1/4 oz.) – frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed according to package directions
1 1/2 cup – Honey Thyme Mustard
Line 2 large baking sheets with aluminum foil. Spray lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
Lay 2 sheets of puff pastry flat on lightly floured work surface. Spread 1/4 cup Honey Thyme Mustard evenly over each pastry sheet. Cut each pastry sheet into strips approximately 1 inch wide and 3-1/2 inches long. Twist each strip into spiral; place twists 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Lightly brush pastry twists with 2 T Honey Thyme Mustard.
Refrigerate baking sheets, uncovered, 10 minutes, or until ready to bake. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F, until pastry is puffed and golden. Remove pastry twists to rack to cool.
Serve with remaining Honey Thyme Mustard for dipping.
