YIELD: Makes 3/4 cup
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup – cider vinegar
2 T – honey
2 T – prepared Szechwan sauce
1 T – soy sauce
1 small – clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. – grated ginger root
1/8 tsp. – coarsely ground pepper
3 T – vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Gradually whisk in oil; blend well.
